Jaguar stalking its prey. Jaguars are stalk and ambush predators as opposed to many big cats which have incredible sprint speeds designed to allow them to chase their prey. Jaguars will wander slowly down a woodland path, carefully listening for a potential quarry. Once decided upon, they patiently stalk, finding a hidden location from which they can ambush with a quick pounce.
