• Postage & packing costs are charged only once per order.

Shipping:

Photo posters are shipped first class signed for via Royal Mail. Poster prints should normally be shiped next working day. Canvas prints are shipped via parcel courier service. High resolution canvas print must be left to dry after printing, so please be patient whilst your printing is carefully stretched and mounted onto gallery box wooden frames. Canvas prints can be expected to be despatched within 2 - 3 working days of your order. Worldwide Shipping Available - for outside UK, please email us.

Please note: Some areas of Northern Scotland, Ireland, and offshore islands may attract an additional delivery charge for canvas prints due to additional costs from our couriers. If this is the case, we will always contact you before printing your order.

Packaging:

• We use biodegradable wrapping.
• All parcels are carefully packed and shipped in protective packaging in order to minimise the possibility of damage.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your canvas printing or photo poster. If you are not satisfied with your poster or canvas print, please email us within 5 working days of delivery. As our service is a personalised printing service, we will normally offer a reprint if the standard of your purchase is not as expected. In the event of a refund, we would ask that you ship the item back to us.
